How do I get my book after buying?
Right after checkout you’ll get an email with a download link — instant, no waiting. You can also find your downloads in your account page.
What formats do you offer?
Every book comes in EPUB, MOBI, and PDF. EPUB and MOBI are best for phones, tablets and e-readers; PDF keeps the original Chinese characters perfectly on any screen.
Are the books really “Chinglish”?
On purpose, yes. We write in plain, friendly English that keeps a little Chinese flavor — but always clear enough to understand on the first read. No fancy words, no footnotes.
What’s your refund policy?
Not happy? Email us within 14 days and we’ll refund you, no questions asked. Full details are on our Refund Policy page.
Can I read on my phone or Kindle?
Yes. The EPUB works on Apple Books, Google Play Books, and most readers; MOBI works on Kindle. Both reflow beautifully on any screen size.
Do you offer print books?
Not yet — we’re digital-only for now. That keeps prices low and delivery instant. If you’d love a print edition, tell us.
